This is a coworking space located in the heart of Downtown Danville. The space was designed to be a launchpad for local entrepreneurs—a “first place” to build, connect, and grow. With upscale amenities, private offices, a café, and a flexible lounge for work or events, The First Place Coworking Space brings modern functionality and community-driven energy to Vermilion Street.
Approach
This logo was designed to reflect a bold, upscale identity through the lens of Art Deco. Clean, structured lines and a gold-dominant palette create a sense of luxury, clarity, and confidence—positioning the brand as a premium space built for driven professionals who value connection, credibility, and timeless design.
Challenges
The main challenge was integrating the building’s layout into the logo without compromising its elegance or legibility. Capturing architectural detail while maintaining a clean, recognizable mark required careful balance between precision and simplicity. Ensuring the final design still felt luxurious and aligned with the brand’s high-end tone was central to the process.
